Smith’s Funeral Directors are a well established family firm based in Peterborough, with over 120 years of combined experience they provide personal, tailor-made funeral services.

When they approached us they were looking for a radical upgrade on their old, relatively unused website. As a provider of services of a sensitive nature, the client was keen to ensure that we created a website which projected a calm, professional image to reassure their clients during a difficult time.

The new site was built using WordPress, meeting all of the clients needs and making it simple for them to independently manage site content.

We purposely used muted shades of blue which inspire trust in a viewer to provide a modern, clean look.

The website performs well effectively across all devices. The customer journey is clear and information is easily accessible.
