The Challenge

Optim7se required a complete redesign of their existing website to better align with their high-end coaching reputation and diverse business model. Their previous site did not effectively separate their three core pillars, clinical therapy, online training, and professional education, leading to a confusing user journey for their various B2C audiences. The client needed a modern, stripped back digital presence that could handle external booking integrations, host a complex library of fitness programmes, and provide long-form sales pages for educational courses. With a September launch target, the new platform had to improve trust through prominent testimonials while remaining simple enough for the internal team to update as their range of digital products and memberships continued to expand.

The Solution

We developed a bespoke, responsive WordPress website inspired by a clean, minimalist aesthetic. The architecture was strategically split into three distinct directions. Clinical (JaneApp integration), Online Programmes (Everfit integration), and the Academy (Thinkific integration). To enhance engagement, we implemented advanced load-on animations, static scrolling areas, and revolving content banners that provide a premium, interactive feel. A custom-built course library with topic filtering allows users to browse programmes easily before being directed to external payment gateways. We also integrated Google Reviews widgets, Instagram feeds, and dedicated practitioner pages to highlight the team’s expertise, all supported by a dark, modern design language that reflects the brand’s professional, elite-level coaching standards.
