The existing setup mixed trade enquiries with a retail shop, which diluted their brand identity and disrupted the user journey for larger commercial clients. With machinery recently acquired and a desire to build long-standing corporate partnerships, the site needed to highlight their end-to-end bespoke services rather than just listing standard products. It also had to eliminate distracting features like pop-ups and checkout elements to create a sleek, trustworthy browsing experience.
