Healthy Hearing

Healthy Hearing is an audiology specialist, providing hearing checks and aids to B2C clients through multiple stores in the UK. Having built a reputation, the client's online presence did not match their professional standing, suffering from an outdated Webflow site that was challenging and expensive to maintain internally. This led to the need for a total website redesign and rebuild on a user-friendly platform, with the main objective being to attract new customers and facilitate easy appointment booking across their locations.

When the Healthy Hearing team engaged us, their main priority was migrating from their unmanageable Webflow environment to a simple, customisable WordPress platform. They needed a fast turnaround on the new build, agreeing to forgo new design mockups in favour of replicating their existing live and staging sites. Crucial requirements included seamless integration of their Appointedd booking system, clear Call-to-Action (CTA) blocks, structured branch pages, and a product catalogue for in-store purchases.

We implemented a WordPress solution, which replicated the design and structure of the client’s existing digital assets, ensuring a fast development phase. The site successfully integrates the Appointedd booking portal, allowing their older generation audience and their family members to easily search for and book appointments. We structured the site with dedicated branch pages and a full product catalogue (with no online sales), incorporating necessary CTA blocks. The rebuilt site on WordPress provides Healthy Hearing with the flexibility and ease of maintenance they initially sought.
