The Challenge

The client required a complete website redesign to establish a professional digital presence that could effectively support the neurodiverse community. Their existing site was an unfinished, non-live temporary solution that failed to reflect the true depth of their consultancy, VA services, and training resources. Because the typical users are neurodiverse individuals and parents, the user journey had to be completely free of overwhelming obstacles or distracting elements. The main obstacle was creating an incredibly simple, easy-to-navigate layout that remained deeply informative while ensuring maximum accessibility for every visitor.

The Solution

We produced a fully responsive WordPress website built using a calming design that minimises high visual contrast for readers. The site integrates a dedicated ReciteMe accessibility toolbar, allowing visitors to instantly customise font sizes and colour schemes to suit their specific needs. We structured specific pages for workplace assessments, coaching, resources, and custom training, utilising short paragraphs, bullet points, and inclusive, diverse imagery. Streamlined Mailerlite newsletter sign-ups, specialised landing pages, a Calendly appointment link, and comprehensive contact forms completed the accessible solution.

We designed a bespoke WordPress website that introduces a reassuring aesthetic supported by intuitive functionality and custom Advanced Custom Fields templates. The site includes structured service sections, a dedicated resources area linked to Mailerlite landing pages, an embedded newsletter sign-up, and an upcoming events feed.
