The Challenge

The client was in the process of purchasing an existing salon and required a brand-new digital presence to launch their venture under the name Cosmetic Cave. Their goal was to move away from the outdated aesthetic of the previous business and establish a professional, premium identity that would attract a new B2C client base. The project required a platform that could effectively promote a diverse range of aesthetic treatments, from Botox and fillers to hairdressing and advanced skin therapies. It was essential that the new site provided a clean user journey, featured high-quality client-led imagery instead of stock photos, and integrated seamlessly with an external booking system to convert visitors into appointments. This approach effectively drove growth.

The Solution

We developed a bespoke, fully responsive WordPress website featuring a sophisticated "nude" and gold colour palette to convey a high-end, clinical yet welcoming feel. The site structure includes a treatments archive and dedicated service pages for aesthetics, lashes, and hair, all supported by a "before and after" gallery slider to showcase real results. To drive conversions, we integrated Fresha CRM software, allowing users to select treatments and time slots directly through the site. Key features such as a Google Reviews feed, an automated Instagram gallery, and a Mailchimp newsletter sign-up were implemented to build trust and long-term engagement. The use of Montserrat typography ensures a modern, clean look across all mobile and desktop devices.

The Cosmetic Cave now possesses a professional, high-performance website that serves as the perfect foundation for their new business launch and future marketing campaigns. By moving to a dedicated domain and implementing a refined brand identity, the salon can effectively target local customers seeking premium aesthetic and beauty services.
