Aragon Direct

Aragon Direct Services is a Local Authority Trading Company (LATCo) that operates independently of Peterborough City Council. They provide essential services to the community, including waste management, street cleaning, grounds maintenance, and more, while also generating income for the council through commercial contracts.

When they approached us, it became clear their website was no longer effectively showcasing their wide range of services or facilitating easy navigation for both public and business users.

We undertook a redesign of the site to clearly communicate Aragon’s value to both businesses and residents. The goal was to raise awareness of their offerings, improve usability through a cleaner layout, and enable residents to easily access services like garden waste collection and bulky waste removal. A modern, image-led design was used to move away from the previous branding, which had been inherited from the council.
