The Challenge

The client required a complete redesign of their website from our Peterborough design team to bring their digital presence up to the standard of their reputation as security and fire alarm specialists. Their old site no longer represented the quality of their work, whilst a clunky layout, WP Bakery interface, text-heavy pages, and a lack of clear navigation created an ineffective user journey. With a desire to expand their commercial business and advertise a broader range of domestic and corporate protection services, the new platform needed to be modern and secure. It also had to showcase their expertise, integrate enquiry forms, improve local brand trust, and establish an easy system for internal staff to manage and update.

The Solution

We produced a fully responsive WordPress website with a fresh, modern aesthetic that reflects Absolut Security’s regional prominence and technical capability. The structure includes dedicated pages for key installations and commercial packages, supported by sticky "Free Quote" contact triggers and embedded HubSpot lead capture forms. Custom features include a homepage toggle to switch seamlessly between commercial and residential services, a bespoke visual graphic mapping the project path, and a broader multi-column blog grid. The platform incorporates high-quality company imagery, trusted partner logos, a dynamic Google reviews testimonial carousel, and an accreditation banner highlighting their crucial SSAIB certification.

When the Absolut Security team approached us, their main priority was to replace the clunky and word-heavy platform with an authoritative, streamlined hub built with conversion tracking in mind. They wanted an engaging user journey supported by high-quality commercial case studies, real-time Instagram feeds, enhanced Google Maps contact routes, and sub-pages highlighting new service areas. A particular focus was placed on removing an old clip-art app menu, building an intuitive mega menu, and introducing an aesthetic layout that preserved their well-known eye logo branding.
