Client Intro

Little House of Fragrance are an independent, family run business who stock a wide range of bath, body and home fragrance products.

The Problem

With a retail shop and limited online presence, we built Little House of Fragrance a responsive e-commerce website designed to sell their products online 24/7 to customers all over the world. However, we knew that this doesn’t automatically lead to an increase in visitors. Our main goal was to bring more online browsers to their site and start turning them into customers!

The Solution

Our first step was to create a Pay-Per-Click campaign that could bring them instant results in terms of traffic and online visitors. Then, our focus turned to the products that would bring in revenue! Working closely with the client, we identified high profit products and optimised the campaign and bid strategies to ensure the focus is on increasing the return on advert spend and not just enough to cover the costs of the business.

The Outcome

With a new website and PPC campaign in place, we saw some impressive results from the very start. The client saw a fantastic increase in transactions on high profit items at a low cost-per-click. After running the campaign for 4 months we continued to work on the efficiency, meaning they saw a month-on-month increases of 62% rise in terms of website sessions and all for the same spend too!
