What BOFI Wanted
BOFI wanted to increase revenue in line with their revenue targets, whilst increasing visibility through paid advertising to increase sales profitability.
The Challenge We Faced
Revenue targets and ROAS goals were ambitious, with little flexibility due to tight margins.
PPC challenge:
The initial shopping campaigns were limited in scope, lacked sufficient visibility, and incurred costs too high to yield a profit given the tight margin constraints.
SEO challenge:
Most revenue had historically come from direct and organic channels, so our goal to increase visibility further were for broad and competitive keywords – which were difficult to rank for.
