The reason we use Agile is because the iterative nature of the process allows fast paced development which is constantly tested and reviewed by the stakeholders. Also Agile can be a much more dynamic model to use as it is much easier to work with if requirements are changed or added when compared to a legacy approach.

As our developers and designers are experienced in their fields, they are also comfortable in working in legacy systems such as the Waterfall or PRINCE2 methodologies.
