What is CRO?

Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) is a fancy term to explain how we entice & direct users to take a desired action once they land on your website. Desired actions could include purchasing a product, signing up for a service, completing a form, simply clicking a link, or getting in touch.

CRO is all about understanding your customers, and giving them what they need – in the order they need it. Each customer’s journey to conversion is unique and by combining the analysis of the data, and a human centric approach (with a little common sense!), any pain points or roadblocks to conversion can be identified.
