  • SERP – Search Engine Results Page, this is the page which your website is displayed on for a certain search phrase/term.
  • SMM – Social Media Management, is a general term coined to describe the management of social media accounts to help boost customer interaction and website traffic.
  • SMO – Social Media Optimisation, is another general term coined to describe the management of social media accounts to help boost customer interaction and website.
