We regularly hold team meetings, attend industry related events, organise days/nights out as a team and have scheduled 1 to 1 appraisals with every staff member throughout the year to ensure career progression.
Job Description
The role we have available will be primarily focused on working to produce innovative, creative website designs for a variety of our clients projects, from the initial requirements and specification through to the final delivery. The perfect candidate would be a creative individual who has experience designing and developing both brochure and eCommerce sites, as well as having knowledge in digital/online marketing.
Key technologies would include knowledge and the ability to code using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, MySQL, PHP and be very familiar with WordPress and Magento. Candidates should also be comfortable to making changes to websites running on a CMS and be happy to create wireframes and UX, based on a set of client defined requirements.
This role will suit a person that is enthusiastic, eager to progress and have a passion for producing outstanding work. We are looking for someone that is self motivated, happy to work independently on multiple tasks at one time, whilst also having the ability to manage projects and coordinate and review the digital marketing team’s work, when needed.
This position would be full-time, and predominantly contributing towards our various web design projects, although there would be a crossover with some of the technical aspects of our Digital Marketing and SEO management campaigns.
